Time to kick-start your boxing regimin or try a new routine? First time boxing? Need to focus on specific skills? Just want to focus on strength & conditioning? We offer one-on-one personal training to clients and members at all skill and fitness levels. We want you to feel ready to triumph.

Our boxing training is the best in the city - expect drills, exercises, mitt work, bag work, and more! We can also tailor your sessions to focus on fitness areas outside of boxing. If you’re interested in strength and conditioning, weight loss, or something else entirely, just advise we have you covered. 


Rates for are listed for gym members / non-members. 
1/2 hr Session $40. / 1/2 hr Session 50                                                               1 hr Session $65. / 1 hr Session $75
